I have had the pleasure of working with Lizette on a number of transactions. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and assumes all of the responsibilities of the realtor and if necessary, will facilitate other aspects of the deal as she sees fit. I met Lizette after six months of frustrating experience with another agent who did little to market my property. Lizette stepped in and within days had developed a marketing plan, reshot the photos and even sent up a drone to take aerial shots! Compass' online presence drew many more prospective buyers, and she brought more potential buyers through her network. When I received an offer, she was right there, guiding me through the negotiation process. Her skill with people was evident in the way she dealt with all parties involved. She has a great attention to detail...nothing fell through the cracks, and I felt confident in her ability to get us to the finish line. We even had a lot of laughs! Lizette knows Brooklyn like the back of her hand. Even though she does not live there any longer she still very knowledgeable on the area and everything happening in Real Estate.
