First let me start that Lizette was a godsend! I met her when she was actually selling my mom's house. I quickly realized she would be the perfect fit in finding me my first home purchase. This review is long overdue! Lizette helped us buy our first home a few months ago and I would definitely reach out to Lizette to do it again if we had to. Our friends had worked with her to buy their first home and highly recommended her so we decided to reach out. We ended up seeing a few places and she was always on time, with information on the area, her thoughts on pricing, and could help point out areas of concern. When a great house in our desired location went on the market, Lizette got us in to see the place within the first day or two it was on the market. She helped us to make an offer that would get accepted quickly despite a very hot market this past summer, without going over asking. When delays on the seller side slowed things down, Lizette was always there to help figure out where we were in the process and could explain what the next steps were. Lizette Sinhart was an amazing agent. We were moving to Larchmont from Florida, so our in-person tours had to be done in 2 weekends, and Lizette was there for us for as much time as we needed each day. She even went back on her own when we had additional questions. Everything else was done by email, text, and phone, to which she always responded quickly. She knew the area, the building, the management, etc., so in addition to explaining everything to us she did a whole lot for us, and patiently answered a zillion questions from us. Her discussions with the other agent, our attorney, and everyone involved were seamless. We always felt we were in good hands. Then, when she gave us the keys, she brought us a welcome gift. Lizette was great!!! She showed great patience with all my many questions; she walked me through the entire home buying process and even negotiating with the seller in this crazy seller's market...she put me at ease. She's well knowledgeable, very resourceful and proactive. Prior to my closing day, the bank informed me I didn't need insurance for the condo because the building was insurance; because of Lizette's knowledge and experience she informed me otherwise...this could have resulted in my interest rate dramatically increased and my closing date being postponed. Wow! Made listing a house and looking for a house such a breeze in such a difficult market. . Lizette was professional and personal!
