Lizette Sinhart was an amazing agent. We were moving to Larchmont from Florida, so our in-person tours had to be done in 2 weekends, and Lizette was there for us for as much time as we needed each day. This review is long overdue! Lizette helped us buy our first home a few months ago and I would definitely reach out to Lizette to do it again if we had to. Our friends had worked with her to buy their first home and highly recommended her so we decided to reach out. We ended up seeing a few places and she was always on time, with information on the area, her thoughts on pricing, and could help point out areas of concern. When a great house in our desired location went on the market, Lizette got us in to see the place within the first day or two it was on the market. She helped us to make an offer that would get accepted quickly despite a very hot market this past summer, without going over asking. When delays on the seller side slowed things down, Lizette was always there to help figure out where we were in the process and could explain what the next steps were. She leveraged the Compass network to advertise my unit to buyers in Brooklyn who might not have considered Yonkers. She was critical during the final price negotiation. I was out of town for most of the process and she not only staged the apartment, but she also coordinated with my movers, arranged the disposal of my unwanted furniture to charities, neighbors, etc. She coordinated repairs with the super and the management company - all above and beyond.
