Geoffrey was an absolute pleasure to work with.  He quickly understood exactly the profile that we were looking for and showed us highly relevant homes that fell within our buy box. As a professional real estate investor, I'm normally averse to using agents on the purchase side of a transaction, but Geoffrey's tenacity, connectivity, and market color were incredibly helpful and convinced me to work through him as opposed to going direct.  

During the heat of the contract negotiation stage, Geoffrey was extremely helpful in being able to convincingly convey our position to the seller's representatives and bridge differences. He is extremely responsive - available literally around the clock - and effective.  Couldn't recommend him more highly.

“I've known Farbod for many years (about 10). He helped me several time including several rentals and buying my condo. As he lives in the area, he is well aware of value/pricing, listings and room for negotiation. Needless to say, all the times he has listings before they even hit the market (sometimes those deals never go on market). I must admit that buying process was smooth. Farbob as RE agent was involved not only in finding the property, but in negotiating (we bought the price down about 5.5%), shopping for mortgage, talking to attorney (more then me) and back and forth with seller. He even came for closing and was there until the very end. Would highly recommend without any reservations.”

I would recommend Janet in a heartbeat and I have. She found my rental which I've been in for over 7 years. I recommended her to my neighbor that needed a renter in her Dad's apartment after he passed away, and she took care of that. Janet's work ethic is second to none. Anthony did an absolutely amazing job with the sale of my house. Within three days the house was sold way above the asking price. His knowledge, confidence, and work ethic made me feel very comfortable throughout the process of the sale. He also checked in with me every time something important needed to get accomplished in order for the sale to proceed. Anthony did an amazing job selling our 4 Family House above market value in a record 10 hours. It was sold so quickly that other buyers were extremely impressed. Anthony did all the paper work and worked with the buyer’s paper work process as well. As a result, the house closed within a 5 weeks by period. In addition he assisted us closing our dream home in Florida. We recommend Anthony to anyone who is serious about selling their property. He was a Gold sent to us.
