Dear Ash, It is a pleasure to write this letter to thank you for all your hard work in selling my 1300 Grand Street condo. There were not a lot of one bedrooms sold on the top floor for comparative prices. Trying to get the best priced offer posed a challenge but you pushed forward and succeeded. You were very flexible with your schedule and booked showings when it was convenient to me. You even looked in on my cats when I could not be home before a showing which meant the world to me because they are like my kids. You were quick to return calls, answer questions and advise on matters concerning the sale. You made sure all the paperwork was in order and deadlines were met to ensure our closing went smoothly. You even went out of your way to be there for any questions I had during the purchase of my next place. The effort and concern you have shown was that of someone who really cares not only about the property but the person behind it. I’ve come to look at you as one of my friends. Ash helped us through the process of looking for our home for more than a year. She was such a pleasure to work with, always available to show or talk through properties but more importantly is extremely knowledgeable of the market and process. As first time buyers in the city she walked us through the nuisances of certain building, her personal opinions of neighborhoods and took us step by step through the closing process. If we were to sell/buy again Ash would be our first and only call.

I’m renting an apartment that Ash helped me with finding. She was always available to discuss listings, regardless of time of day, and still is if I want to discuss homes which I’m looking to purchase within the next few years. I refer everyone to her and she takes all the time you need to find a place. It doesn’t feel like she’s just trying to get a quick buck which is nice. If you’re unhappy with every place, she doesn’t get frustrated. She’ll go to every place possible with you before making a final decision

Ash is always on top of things. She's very knowledgeable, and knows where all the pitfalls are. She makes sure that you're on top of things, and all the boring paperwork is in order. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She helped us with listings. She always made it a point to schedule open houses in a convenient manner – making sure that the apartments we saw fit our criteria. She recommended a good lawyer to go diligence, closing, etc. She also made introductions to the bank, and helped us get a very good rate (with a rate lock). She helped with making sure our co-op board package was in order, and followed up in a timely manner to make sure that the management company and co-op board moved quickly. We also wanted some renovations done. Ash put us in touch with contractors, and gave us pointers on where to source materials. She goes over and above, to make sure that we were taken care of.

Ash helped me buy a multifamily building in Jersey City. She asked a lot of questions of sellers that I would have never thought of and helped me avoid several problem properties. She’s continued to help me rent the building and is always available for advice.

Ash was wonderful to work with while I was in the process of buying my home in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. What is generally a stressful process, Ash made easy and enjoyable. She was very attentive and understanding of my needs, easily accessible and very proactive and transparent in all communications. Her knowledge of the market is extensive, and she provided honest and welcomed advice during the search process. Once it came time to purchase, Ash was able to relay information in a digestible way, and I never felt confused or out of the loop in the process. If you are looking for a realtor in Brooklyn or anywhere in Manhattan or Hoboken, I would highly recommend Ash!

Ash exceeded all my expectations from the initial call to the day of closing and beyond. While selecting a broker, I had high expectations given my background in financial services but Ash quickly earned my trust with her knowledge of the market, buildings in the area and the overall process. We were able to find our amazing UES apartment thanks to Ash. She worked with us to understand exactly what we were looking for and what we could afford and within a few months we were in contract. As this was our first purchase in Manhattan her expertise and guidance was crucial for us and gave us a great peace of mind. She also ensured we were prepared for the applications and closing. Everything went off without a glitch. Highly recommend her!!

Ash and Joanne were a joy to work with in the selling of my co-op. They were responsive at all times, extremely professional and best of all, handled every aspect of the sale. They understand the market and how to present and price a property for the best possible outcome. My co-op sold in less than three weeks at a great price in a difficult market. (Rates had skyrocketed!!) Even my buyer said that the deal could not have closed without them!!! I would recommend them without hesitation.

Ash is by far the best real estate professional I have ever worked with. Her background in finance makes her a powerhouse in understanding comps, rates, and any stat you need to make you feel comfortable throughout the process. She’s also extremely friendly, communicative, and flexible. She’s very smart and thorough and really approachable. She’s nothing like most of the pushy agents we have dealt with in the past.
