Katya is super professional and efficient. While we worked with her, she is always responsive and friendly. She knows the area pretty well and was able to give great advice. She scheduled a lot of well-organized showing for us and helped us narrow down the options quickly. We were kind of busy during the searching process and she was very patient and actively reminded us about the next steps and things to keep in mind. Sometimes we need to make some last-minute changes (please don't do this, sorry we gave you a hard time, Katya) and she was able to think on her toes and helped us make it possible. There're so many wonderful things to say but to sum it up, Katya was truly wonderful.

She took the time to really inform us of all the in's & outs of Battery Park City as well as the general home purchasing process in NYC. She made sure to maximize our time when showing us various units and she also made sure we saw multiple buildings to get an accurate comparison. Her patience was really refreshing and welcomed. 

When it came time to put in an offer and negotiate, she was top notch! After having our offer accepted she was immensely helpful with the board application process as well as preparing to close. She recommended a few real estate lawyers, who were all well reviewed. The lawyer we chose, Godfrey Lee, was equally top notch in the entire process. Both Katya and Godfrey were extremely communicative, informative, and responsive.

Katya fought tirelessly for us even up the night before we closed when we found an issue with the dishwasher during our final walkthrough. She was able to secure a generous credit at closing to compensate for future repairs. Katya also made sure to check-in after we were all settled and sent over an incredibly beautiful house warming gift. We could not recommend Katya more!
