William Chavez is a Realtor Associate specializing in residential real estate and has extensive experience with the cities and communities in Hudson County. William became a real estate agent in order to help people feel happy and at home in their new residence. William is committed to providing clients, whether they are buying or selling a home, with the highest levels of customer service.William's extensive knowledge of Hudson County comes from his lifelong residency in the area. He is a Hoboken, Jersey City, and Edgewater aficionado, with experience in Bergen County as well. He attended Hoboken High School and has lived in every major city in the County, with the exception of Secaucus. William is a member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) and the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service. In his spare time, William enjoys hot yoga, functional training, and long-distance running. He started his 15-year career of personal training at the Hoboken YMCA. In Bergen County, William is also the lead trainer in one of the top gym/health clubs in New Jersey. He also works with True Mentors, a successful mentorship program for high school and grammar school students in Hoboken. He is a graduate of Bloomfield College.
