Born in Cairo, Egypt to Armenian parents and raised across Beirut before immigrating to the United States, Seta’s early international upbringing sparked a lifelong curiosity about cultures, people, and places. This global foundation has been further enriched by her travels and experiences living and working abroad, shaping a refined sensibility and an intuitive understanding of diverse lifestyles—an asset in serving a wide range of clients and property types. 

Her professional background spans entrepreneurship, business ownership, and project management across multiple industries, including international sales, real estate development, and construction. Prior to real estate, Seta spent more than 20 years at NBC, most recently as Coordinating Producer for the award-winning news magazine Dateline NBC. She began her career with Renault, working in both the New York and Paris offices, followed by roles in import/export serving U.S. and European clients. She later led a multi-national startup initiative in Anguilla, overseeing coordination and operations in a dynamic international environment. This breadth of experience informs her ability to evaluate opportunity, structure deals thoughtfully, and guide clients with confidence from start to finish. 

Today, Seta combines this global business background with strong local market knowledge, a keen design sensibility, and an ability to recognize both value and potential. With her affiliation with The Agency One Rock, she leverages the firm’s sophisticated marketing platform and elevated service model to deliver a seamless, high-level client experience throughout every stage of the real estate process. She believes that luxury is defined by service, not price point, and brings that philosophy to every relationship. 

Seta has also been active in her community, serving as Vice President of the PTA Council in South Orangetown, contributing to its Nutritional Subcommittee, and sitting on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Shakespeare Theatre. She holds the EcoBroker®, Short Sale Specialist®, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative® designations, and is fluent in English and Armenian.
