Rashella Zaslavsky is both a licensed Realtor® with 3 years of experience and a Transaction Coordinator for the esteemed Team Francesco. Her role is to ensure every transaction goes as smoothly as possible and to facilitate the team in providing superior customer service to their clients. She supports Team Francesco with all of their daily needs, including maintaining and updating all platforms, preparing listings prior to going live, and ensuring that every transaction adheres to their proposed timeline.

Prior to real estate, Rashella graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. She later went on to have a successful career in the IT Business field where she assisted clients with their technological needs. Through her professional and academic experience, Rashella was able to hone the keen organizational and communication skills she prides herself on. These aptitudes coupled with her passion for interior design made real estate the perfect career path for her and her position in Team Francesco the ideal fit. In her spare time when she isn’t assisting clients and Team Francesco, Rashella enjoys trips to the beach, traveling, and spending time with her 3-year old daughter, husband and dog.
