Patricia Lleras is a Broker Associate based in the Tenafly office, specializing in Bergen County and the surrounding areas. She holds certifications as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). In her 11-year real estate career, Patricia has been recognized for her superior skills and performance with industry recognition, including the NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Award. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors®, belonging to the NJMLS, HCMLS, and GSMLS.

Patricia Lleras came to the United States from Colombia, where she previously managed her advertising agency. After settling in New Jersey, she shifted her focus to real estate. With a degree in advertising, marketing, and computer's programing, Patricia uses her skills to guide and inform her clients so that they can make the best choices in real estate management. She also served as a Broker Manager for about 4 years, strengthening her leadership and industry expertise. Offering more than twenty years of sales experience, she has cultivated a process around personalized service and open communication for all her buyers and sellers, as she is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. As a resident of Cliffside Park, Patricia leans on her expert knowledge of her region to help her clients make informed decisions on the market.

Outside her career, she enjoys spending time with family or participating in silent auctions for breast cancer awareness and Race for Hope at Philadelphia Brain Tumor Society. In her time, she also enjoys music, reading, cooking, and baking. But above all, she looks forward to the relationships and new opportunities that lie ahead.
