At the core of his business, Leo has a reputation to be a savvy negotiator with a refined approach to managing expectations and driving alignment while working with clients and keeping their best interest at the forefront of every decision. Within the last eight years, he was responsible for driving strategic technology enablement and real estate expansion for one of the most popular and longest running reality TV based businesses of Hudson County, NJ and most recently, Leo joined the executive leadership team of NJ's first ever unicorn startup.

Before real estate, Leo was an accomplished Technology Executive with more than twenty years working with some of the most influential and global 500 brands. With his affiliation to Christie's International Real Estate, he is able to leverage the strength of Christie's unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service programs to assist and support clients throughout the entire real estate process.

With deep roots in Hoboken, NJ, Leo grew up in Little Ferry and now resides in Ramsey with his wife and three kids. He graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology and possesses post graduate business leadership accreditation from Cornell. During his personal time, you will often find Leo on the sidelines supporting and rooting for his kids while playing their favorite sports.
