Manuel Nieves is a licensed real estate professional in New York and Connecticut with nearly two decades of experience in luxury residential sales, property investment, design, and construction. His unique combination of market expertise and technical building knowledge allows him to help clients recognize opportunities, assess value, and make informed real estate decisions.

Throughout his career, Manuel has represented buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across New York and Connecticut, earning a reputation for strategic negotiation, attentive service, discretion, and results-driven representation. He has a keen eye for identifying properties with untapped potential and works closely with investors to source both on-market and off-market opportunities while providing insight into renovation possibilities and long-term value.

Before transitioning to real estate, Manuel built a strong foundation in design and construction as a graphic and structural package designer, AutoCAD drafter, and building trades professional.
