A highly-experienced industry leader, Juan brings nearly two decades of real estate sales and management experience to his role as The Agency One Rock's Regional Vice President for Hudson County. As a former brokerage owner and manager of several top-performing real estate offices, Juan possesses superior managerial and business development skills and a broad, cultivated network of industry contacts. Juan joined The Agency One Rock following a decade in management at the Clifton and Fort Lee locations at his previous brokerage. During that period, he created an internal culture shift at both locations that allowed agents to increase their sales production year over year, while also enhancing efficiency and market share. Previously, Juan was a top-producing real estate agent from 2005-2008. Juan prides himself on his customer service skills and enjoys working with agents. Creating an exceptional agent experience has always been at the center of Juan's career. He is pleased to be part of a real estate company that is hyper-focused on providing agents resources that enable them to focus solely on growing their business. Before he began his real estate career in 2000, Juan, a graduate of the Cittone Institute of Technology, worked as a computer and systems engineer. In that capacity, he consulted many Fortune 500 companies in creating information technology solutions that enhanced efficiency and increased cost savings. Juan regularly applies this technical experience when working with the varied technology solutions and systems used in the real estate industry.
