Gregg Romanzo is proud to join Christie’s International Real Estate Group, bringing decades of high-level business, sales, and investment experience to his real estate practice. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Business from New York University.

Gregg began his career in supply chain and logistics with C.H. Robinson Worldwide before launching his own independent sales agency for SUNTECKtts in 2004. Over the next 17 years, he successfully grew the company to nearly 200 employees and more than $500 million in annual sales. In 2021, the agency was acquired by SUNTECKtts/MODE Transportation, marking the culmination of a highly successful entrepreneurial journey.

In parallel with his logistics career, Gregg founded Wyckoff Developers in 2019 to pursue real estate investment opportunities. As his focus transitioned fully to real estate, Wyckoff Developers quickly became an active presence in the Bergen County market, specializing in the renovation and resale of single-family homes. His deep understanding of valuation, negotiation, and project execution provides clients with a strategic, results-driven approach to buying and selling real estate.

Joining Christie’s International Real Estate Group represents a natural next step in Gregg’s real estate evolution, allowing him to combine local market expertise with the global reach, elevated marketing, and exceptional service standards of the Christie’s brand.

Gregg resides in Wyckoff, New Jersey with his wife and teenage triplets. Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing guitar, cooking, training for triathlons, and spending time on the golf course.
