Prior to joining the Calvin Xu Team at Christie's International Real Estate Group, Fannie spent over a decade selling and leasing real estate in Africa. Her 12-year tenure as a real estate investment consultant further solidified her ability to identify lucrative opportunities and develop personalized investment strategies for clients worldwide.

 

Additionally, Fannie was a Chinese language instructor at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, promoting cross-cultural understanding through language education. In Italy, she founded a consultancy dedicated to assisting Chinese students in navigating the complexities of studying in the United States, reflecting her commitment to educational advancement. Now residing in Long Island City with her husband, a United Nations officer, Fannie enjoys writing, photography, travel, and fitness.
