Donna Hoitsma is a Realtor-Associate® with a passion for property, landscape design, and interior aesthetics. Her love for real estate is rooted in a strong belief in the importance of creating spaces that truly feel like home. She works with a wide range of clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors, and is committed to guiding each transaction with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. 

Donna’s background in healthcare and business brings a unique depth of experience to her real estate practice. She is a registered nurse with extensive experience in pediatrics and currently works with Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. In addition, she serves as the bookkeeper and office manager for her husband’s construction company, further strengthening her understanding of property, operations, and client service. 

A lifelong Bergen County resident, Donna grew up in Midland Park and has lived in Ramsey for more than three decades. Her deep local knowledge and long-standing community ties allow her to provide valuable insight to her clients throughout the home buying and selling process. 

Donna is actively involved in her community, having previously volunteered in youth ministry and currently mentoring young women through her church in Paramus. She and her husband are also deeply committed to hospitality, often opening their home for gatherings and community events. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, crafting, antiquing, and spending time outdoors.
