Dawn M. Cortes is a Broker Associate specializing in residential real estate, dedicated to providing buyers and sellers with exceptional service, expert guidance, and a seamless transaction experience. With years of industry experience, she has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and strong negotiation skills that consistently help her clients achieve their real estate goals. 

She is a member of multiple listing services, the Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR), and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), allowing her to serve clients throughout Northern New Jersey with access to comprehensive market information. Dawn also holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource® (SFR®) certification and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®) designation, demonstrating her expertise in representing homebuyers as well as clients navigating investment and distressed property transactions. 

Before launching her real estate career, Dawn successfully owned and operated a restaurant in Westwood, New Jersey, for 17 years. That entrepreneurial experience strengthened her business acumen, customer service philosophy, and negotiation abilities—skills she now applies to every real estate transaction. She believes buying or selling a home is one of life's most important decisions and is committed to making the process as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible while always protecting her clients' best interests.
