With over 20 years of experience, Dan represents buyers and sellers throughout Westchester, the Hudson Valley, and New York City, bringing extensive market knowledge, a global perspective, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Dan began his career in commercial real estate in Manhattan before moving into international business, where he managed hotels in Peru. This experience broadened his understanding of diverse markets and strengthened his ability to serve clients from a variety of backgrounds. As the owner and manager of a mixed-use property in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, Dan also brings firsthand knowledge of property ownership, investment, and the needs of both landlords and tenants. This experience allows him to approach residential and commercial real estate with a practical, investment-minded perspective.

Fluent in Spanish, Dan has developed strong relationships with a diverse, international clientele relocating to the area from around the world. He is known for his attentive, client-first approach, skilled negotiation, and dedication to making every real estate experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. A longtime resident of Croton-on-Hudson, Dan lives with his wife and four children. Outside of real estate, he enjoys tennis, traveling, and discovering new restaurants throughout the tri-state area.
