Cynthia's passion for real estate began in 1990 when she purchased her first investment properties in Hoboken. Over the years, her investment portfolio expanded to include properties in Miami Beach and Costa Rica, reflecting both her global perspective and keen eye for opportunity. Her most significant investments, however, have been at the Jersey Shore, including the purchase of historic Queen Anne Victorian homes in Asbury Park during the city's revitalization in the early 2000s. Her ability to recognize emerging market trends has become a hallmark of her career and a valuable asset to the clients she serves.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University, Cynthia turned her passion for real estate into a full-time profession. She has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, insightful guidance, and outstanding results for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
