Juliane Araujo is a Realtor-Associate® with Christie's International Real Estate Group, serving clients throughout Central and South Jersey. She specializes in representing both buyers and sellers across residential and commercial transactions, offering a well-rounded and strategic approach to every stage of the real estate process.

Before transitioning into real estate, Juliane built a strong professional foundation as a Project Manager in People Operations and Marketing for a global technology company. She also spent several years working alongside a real estate broker, which gave her early, hands-on exposure to the industry and a deep understanding of the transaction process. This blend of operational expertise, marketing insight, and real estate experience allows her to deliver organized, client-focused service with attention to detail.

Juliane holds a business background and brings a thoughtful, process-driven mindset to her work. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, enabling her to serve a diverse client base with clarity and confidence. Outside of real estate, Juliane enjoys Pilates, spending time with her family, and giving back to her community through volunteer work at local animal shelters and food banks.
