Renata Pochintesta serves as the Senior Operations Manager at Christie’s International Real Estate Group in New York City. Based at the flagship office at 1 Rockefeller Plaza, Renata brings a unique combination of operational expertise, transactional knowledge, and marketing acumen to support agents and the brokerage.

Renata oversees daily operations, facilitates agent onboarding, coordinates commission processing, and ensures all real estate transactions are properly documented and processed in accordance with brokerage standards. Renata takes a hands-on approach in assisting agents with their transactions from listing launch to closing.

In addition to her operational duties, Renata collaborates closely with the marketing team to produce listing presentations, promotional materials, and branded collateral that elevate the visibility of both agents and properties. She also plays a key role in coordinating events for the brokerage, like in-office gatherings and agent networking initiatives. Her ability to balance administrative precision with creative strategy has made her a trusted resource within the brokerage.

Renata began her real estate career as an assistant to a top-producing team at Christie’s International Real Estate Group, where she honed her skills in client communication, marketing development, and team support. She has also gained valuable experience as a licensed salesperson and showing agent, adding a well-rounded, agent-first perspective to her operational role.

Renata holds a bachelor's degree in communication studies and psychology and a master's degree in public media and strategic communication from Fordham University. During her time as a student, she served as Marketing & Promotions Manager at WFUV Radio, where she cultivated her expertise in brand promotion and client relations.
