With over 15 years of experience helping both buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market, Jared Talarico is a trusted and knowledgeable Realtor-Associate® affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate Group. His approach is rooted in professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to his clients’ success. 

Before entering real estate, Jared built a strong foundation in medical device sales, where he honed his skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building - skills that seamlessly translated into his work in real estate. What drew him to the industry was the meaningful nature of the process: the emotional and logistical complexity of one of life’s biggest decisions, and the opportunity to guide people through it with confidence and care. 

Beyond real estate, Jared manages a local business and is actively engaged in the community, reflecting his dedication to making a difference both professionally and personally. When he's not working, Jared enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through sports and fitness.
