Joseph Stasko brings over 25 years of business experience to his real estate clients in Westchester, Putnam and Fairfield Counties, specializing in residential, investment, and commercial markets. A New York native, Joe completed his undergraduate degree at Baruch College and graduate degree from New York University. Joe’s early career was in the gallery and non-profit art world before landing at Christie’s auction house where he spent 16 years in operational management and internal business growth. During that period, he grew Christie’s fine art storage business across the globe and gained a deep understanding and fondness for real estate transactions and economics. 

In 2018, Joe transitioned into residential and commercial real estate in Westchester County, taking his learnings and prior experience and putting it to use for local clients. He has since expanded into Putnam County and Fairfield County in Connecticut. His patient approach and commitment to personalized service creates an excellent client experience and his market knowledge and expertise is put to good use on his clients’ behalf.  

A Chappaqua resident for 27 years, Joe raised his two sons locally and is an active member of the local community.
