Janice Geiges is a Broker Associate with over 23 years of experience, specializing in residential sales in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. A Jersey Shore native, she entered real estate full time after a 40+ year career as a corporate executive in financial services, holding leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, UBS Wealth Management, Bank of America, and AIG. With her SRES® and ARB® designations and extensive background in finance and client service, she provides expert, personalized guidance for every transaction.

Janice is deeply involved in her community, serving as President of the Association Board of Twombly Court for over 20 years, Board Member and Communications Chair for the Woman's Club of Spring Lake, chairing initiatives for the American Cancer Society, and founding Calling All Caring Angels, a volunteer program supporting seniors. She also supports organizations such as The Women's Association for Morristown Medical Center, the Junior League, and Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey, and is a mentor to early-career professionals at Columbia University and the University of Delaware.

A graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Accounting/Finance and an MBA from Wilmington University, Janice also completed the education requirements for the CFP designation and the Executive Education program at The Wharton School. She enjoys pickleball, golf, interior decorating, investing, and home renovations, and divides her time between New Jersey and Charleston, SC. A lifelong Brielle resident, she is also a proud Bichon Frise co-owner, with her champion dog ranked the #1 female in the nation in 2025 and shown at the Westminster Dog Show.
