Alicia Ricciardi is a native and lifelong resident of Westchester County with deep roots and strong relationships throughout the community. Born and raised in Yonkers, she has lived in the Mount Pleasant area for more than 20 years, surrounded by family and friends.

A licensed real estate agent for the past nine years, Alicia brings a well-rounded background in retail and fashion to her career. She holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Berkeley College and has held roles including Account Coordinator at Mario Badescu Skincare, Assistant Buyer at Century 21 Department Stores, and Retail Manager at Nordstrom, where she spent eight years refining her leadership and customer service skills. Most recently, she served as a Regional Field Trainer for Dolce & Gabbana Beauty. Her experience in problem-solving, adaptability, and cultivating positive client relationships continues to shape her success in real estate today.

With well over 15+ years’ experience in both the fashion, cosmetics, fragrance and jewelry industries, not only does Alicia have an eye for the impeccable but firmly believes in customer service above all while continually placing her clients’ best interests first. Alicia prides herself on being available, responsive and personable. She firmly understands that in a competitive market where speed is crucial, prompt and frequent communication is a must.
