Matthew Hermoza is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with over a decade of experience, specializing in residential properties throughout Westchester County and New York City. A member of both OneKey MLS and REBNY, Matthew works with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals with confidence and ease.

Introduced to real estate investing at a young age through his family’s ownership of multifamily properties, Matthew developed an early appreciation for the industry. Before launching his real estate career, he was a top salesperson for BMW, where he honed his skills in customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving—qualities that continue to define his approach to guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions.

Fluent in Spanish, Matthew is committed to providing personalized, attentive service to a wide range of clients. Outside of real estate, he enjoys staying active, working out, and spending time with family. He and his Golden Doodle can often be found hiking trails or playing on the beaches of Long Beach Island and Montauk.
