With nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Susan Luciano brings an exceptional depth of knowledge, leadership, and heart to her role as Branch Manager of the Paramus office. Susan began her career in New York before making her mark across Northern New Jersey, where she has spent the past 25 years building a reputation for excellence. 

A seasoned Broker, Manager, and Coach, Susan has spent over two decades in leadership, coaching hundreds of associates and helping them realize their full professional potential. Her approach is grounded in mentorship, diplomacy, and an unwavering belief in seeing the best in people.
