John Terracciano is a Realtor-Associate® with a thoughtful, client-centered approach to real estate, guiding buyers, sellers, and renters through one of life’s most important financial and emotional decisions. Known for his personalized service and commitment to quality, John supports each client with care, insight, and a deep understanding of their current needs and long-term goals. 

Prior to entering real estate, John built a successful corporate career as a Certified Public Accountant, working across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Human Resources. These experiences sharpened his skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic planning—all of which serve his clients well in real estate transactions. In addition, his background in landscaping, rental property management, and home renovation gives him a practical perspective on property potential, value, and market readiness. 

John brings extensive local knowledge as a lifelong New Jersey resident. He grew up in Florham Park and has lived in Madison for over four decades, where he and his wife raised their family. His strong roots in the community, combined with a no-pressure approach and clear, honest guidance, have earned him a reputation for trust and reliability throughout the region.
