Robert Gavura is a distinguished real estate executive and strategist with over two decades of brokerage leadership experience across the New Jersey and New York metropolitan markets. He currently serves as a CEO of the Gavura Group at Christie’s International Real Estate Group. Gavura leverages his deep industry knowledge to drive luxury residential and commercial growth. Throughout a career that has seen the oversight of more than $2 billion in transactions, Robert has earned a reputation for generating wealth for clients, transforming offices and scaling talent.

Before his current roles, he held senior leadership positions at major brokerages, including serving as a Regional Vice President where he managed over 450 agents across Manhattan, Hudson County, and Westchester, NY. His tenure was marked by significant achievements in profitability, including a nearly 400% increase in profit at key branch locations.

Specializing in making and saving clients’ money, executive coaching, talent acquisition, and strategic market analysis, Robert is known for a data-driven approach that prioritizes long-term agent development along with client satisfaction. His expertise spans the full spectrum of real estate, luxury sales, average priced homes to complex commercial negotiations.

A graduate with a degree in marketing and management, Robert is an active member of the real estate community and resides in Ridgewood, New Jersey.
