Patricia Sudal is a Broker Associate with 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She specializes in residential real estate, concentrated primarily in the northwest and Pascack Valley regions of Bergen County. Patricia is a certified Seller Representative Specialist, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and is Relocation Certified.Patricia is a past president and a Director from 2006 to 2017 of RealSource Association of Realtors® (now Greater Bergen Realtors®) with over 3,000 members and has served on various committees over the years at various industry associations at the local, state and national level. Currently, she serves as the 2019 Chairperson for the New Jersey Realtors® (NJR) Risk Management Committee and as a member of the organization's Professional Standards Committee. She is also a member of the Federal Finance & Policy Committee of the National Association of Realtors®. Patricia also serves as a trustee for both the NJR Housing Opportunity Foundation and the GBAR Realtor Care Foundation. Patricia believes in giving back to her community, volunteering for various organizations and programs including Rebuilding of North Jersey, Realtor® Care Day, Community Food Bank Weekend Snack Packs for Kids and various food bank and animal shelter collections. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics and previously was a Director of Sales and Marketing specializing in the Marine Industry in the domestic and international markets.
