Access the back patio with table/chairs and BBQ grill. 2nd floor has large bedroom with King bed, bedroom with 2 twins which can be combined into a King, and a 3rd bedroom with bunk set with full on bottom and twin on top. 2nd floor also has a full bath with tub/shower. A/C, wifi, 4 beach badges & use of stocked Beach Locker. Weekly late May/June rate is $2200. July & August rate is $2900 a week. Sorry no pets. $500 refundable security deposit and $300 exit cleaning fee. Inquire about September (after Labor Day). No smoking/vaping or candles permitted anywhere on property.
